Chandigarh (Ranjandeep sandhu, Amrik Matharoo):– Panjab University Chandigarh former student leader (SOPU) . Gurlal Brar was shot dead outside a nightclub in Chandigarh Industrial Area, on Saturday night.Gurlal Brar was shot outside the night club named play boy at Emporium mall. He was leaving alone in his car when miscreants opened fire at him around 12.30 am.Sources said around three bullets hit Gurlal Brar. The police are yet to confirm the same. Gurlal Brar was rushed to PGI where he was declared dead. Police have start`s an investigation into the matter at the Industrial Area police station.CCTV footage of the area is being scrutinized. Gurlal Brar was a native of Kotkapura, and was residing in Mohali.
